MIGUEL ANGEL FRANCESENA
Navarrese of birth, its walking like cook begins soon, to the 14 years. Its letter of presentation contributes one long list to us of restaurants where it has forged a vast experience: 25 years in the Grotto in Oviedo, Navy in Zarautz, the Spit of Abel in Siero, the Pelayo and the Hotel Recapture in Oviedo, the Palace of Cimiano… Its trajectory in the world of the kitchen, is compensated with multitude of prizes and participation in Days of Kitchen by all the Península and South America. Its passion, the joint party as monitor in courses of kitchen with youngest to whom it manages to transmit his enthusiasm. And yet the one that is arranged to enjoy the experience and knowledge to do of a man of simple tastes, loving of the nature. Miguel Francesena will be in charge to give exquisite plates for delight of his palate with his track characteristic of creativity, delicate presentation to him and by all means a well-taken care of product selection of first quality. |
